Ease@Work is a regional EAP and has been providing employee assistance services to businesses, public-sector agencies, trade unions and non-profit agencies throughout Ohio since 1979. We serve almost 150 organizations with employees throughout the United States.
Over the past 30 years, Ease@Work has built a program with a focus on addressing the workplace issues our customers face. Throughout the 80’s and 90’s, our enhancements were focused on Work/Life Issues. Over the past 5 years, we have been attentive to wellness – offering solutions to our customers in addressing soaring health care costs and improving workforce health.
Our wide variety of services share a common goal…the improvment of organizational wellness. We know the key to a healthy organization is productive, healthy employees.
