
Ease@Work Leadership TeamJanet Schiavoni, Manager The high quality of our account management team and processes are a direct result of Janet's 25 years with the Center for Families and Children, more than 15 of them with Ease@Work. Her professional experience in early childcare is extensive and has been extended to managing our dependent care program. In addition to co-chairing the EAPA Cleveland chapter work/life committee, she is a member and past vice president of the Cleveland Association for the Education of Young Children (CAEYC). Janet has also served on the State of Ohio committee to create awareness of the impact of childcare issues on Ohio businesses.
Swan Khanna-Salehi, MSSA, LISW, LICDC, SAP, Manager Bringing to Ease@Work a unique background in clinical behavioral health, criminal justice, and social work management in the field of employee assistance since 1991, Swan capitalizes on her experience in EAP services for two world renowned healthcare institutions, Cleveland Clinic Health System and University Hospitals Health System. She specializes in organizational initiatives. A clinical therapist certified in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, she also has extensive experience in Critical Incident Stress Management and consultation. Stephanie Patek Equipped with a BS in organizational behavior and PHR certification, Stephanie has worked for the Center for Families and Children since 2005, responding to the needs of many clients under contract with EASE@Work. For seven years before Ease@Work, she was a human resource generalist for a large, national manufacturer, focusing on staffing, benefits, payroll and policy. Lynn Palmer With a sound background in customer service and performance management, Lynn has worked for the Center for Families and Children since 1991. Throughout her five years of service with EASE@Work and thirteen years with quality and compliance she has developed extensive knowledge and experience with consumer advocacy, problem resolution, training, and performance improvement methodologies. For fifteen years before the Center for Families and Children, she worked as an early childhood educator developing, planning and providing programs for young children. Lynn has served on a variety of boards and been involved in numerous volunteer activities within the community including the Governing Board of the Cleveland Association of the Education of Young Children. |
