Group Weight Management Program

  Bring a health & weight management program to your workplace – the EASEy Weigh!

 The Program:

•  12 weekly 1-hour on-site group sessions facilitated by a Registered Dietician and/or Certified Fitness Instructor.
• Session topics include: “Goal Setting: Are You Ready?,” “Prevention Through Food Choices,” “Mini-Workouts for Full Body Fitness,” and more!
• Each participant will receive Biometric Measures including weight, BMI, body fat %, resting heart rate and measurements at regular intervals
• Questionnaires, journals, healthy recipes and topic-specific handouts
• Participants have the option to partake in individual coaching sessions with an EASE Dietician and/or Fitness Coach at a discounted rate.

 Why the EASEy Weigh?

• Facilitation by credentialed wellness professionals allows for advice to be given that is specific to the needs of the class. 
• More biometrics – This program is not just about weight, it’s about health.  Since the EASEy Weigh program measures BMI, body fat %, resting heart rate, and body measurements it allows for a better picture of overall health and gives the participant more ways to focus on progress.
• Documented results – Upon completion of the 12 week program, facilitators will meet with company leaders to review a written summary documenting program results, key findings and recommendations for next steps.
• Onsite programs are convenient and increase participation and perseverance. Studies have shown that those who participate in group meetings lose more weight than individuals on their own.
• We have no products to sell and no special diet to follow.   We teach participants to lose weight the natural way.  It might take a little longer than some of the many fads that have been used over the years, but by focusing on healthy habits the results will be life long.
