Wellness Consultation -We will assist you with the development, implementation, and monitoring of your company wellness program.

• Wellness Challenges / Campaigns – We can help with campaign ideas, suggestions for effective incentives and the tools needed to run them and measure the outcomes.
• Wellness Committee Participation – We encourage you to include Ease@Work in the activities of your wellness committee. With experience on many wellness committees, we can bring a variety of fresh program ideas, in addition to perspective regarding what has worked at other organizations.
• Utilization Review and Trend Analysis – At regular intervals, we will provide information about the number of employees accessing wellness services through Ease@Work, the type of services they are accessing and the percentage of coaching recipients with successful outcomes.

Event Planning - You will have access to an occupational health RN on our team who can oversee and coordinate your event. Up to three hours of planning and coordination is included, which is usually enough for a simple health fair or biometric screening event. Wellness events often include:

• A variety of informational exhibitors including employee benefits, local health care providers, non-profit agencies providing specialized health information or ideas for healthy activities
• Exhibitors providing services like chair massages, healthy cooking demonstrations, limited/specialized exams, etc.
• Biometric Data Collection can include blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, lipid profiles, etc.
• Health Risk Assessment and Consultation – surveys can be completed at or prior to the event. A nurse or wellness coach can then review the survey results with the employee, discussing health risks and how to address them for improved wellness. Individual employee reports can also be mailed home, providing additional confidential reporting. Other reporting may be provided to the employer, such as cumulative reporting, reflecting an overall assessment of the health of the workforce.
